Option 1 – Standard



Your accommodation is centrally located in Dresden. The historic city centre with the Semperoper and the Zwinger can be reached by foot. The group will be accommodated in shared en suite rooms for 4 – 6 people. Group leaders can get separate en suite rooms on request.

 

 

Option 2 – Standard



Thanks to the perfect location right in the centre of Dresden the comfort hotels are the ideal starting point for exploring the city. You reach the famous main attractions within a few minutes. You will stay in comfortable rooms for 2 – 3 people (all en suite) that are provided with TV and radio. Group leaders can get separate en suite rooms on request.

 

 

Option 3 – Comfort - close to the city centre



During your stay in Dresden you are accommodated in one of our 4* hotels (e.g. Ramada Hotel or Holiday Inn Dresden or similar). Due to the central location you can easily reach the city centre by public transportation. The en suite rooms for 2 – 3 people are spacious and furnished in a modern way. They are provided with a minibar or 24hrs room service for beverages and internet access. Group leaders can get separate en suite rooms on request.

 

 

Option 4 – Comfort - city centre



During your stay in Dresden you are accommodated in one of our 4* hotels. Thanks to the central location they are the ideal starting point for your explorations. The en suite rooms for 2 – 3 people are spacious and furnished in a modern way. They are provided with a minibar or a 24hrs room service for beverages and internet access. Group leaders can get separate en suite rooms on request.

Sample itinerary

Day 1:

Individual journey to Dresden, Check-in and free time.

Day 2:

In the morning you will participate in a panoramic city tour by bus. Our qualified guide is going to show you the highlights of Dresden: Amongst others you will see the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper and the Goldener Reiter, the famous bridge "Blaues Wunder" and "Pfunds Molkerei", the most beautiful milk shop in the world. In the afternoon free time for independent explorations. - A hint from us: Have a look at our various options for an exciting day in Dresden!

Day 3:

Today you go on excursion to the Bastei that fascinates visitors with its distinctive and unique character. In addition, it is the oldest and most famous tourist attraction of the region Sächsische Schweiz. After gazing at this beauty of nature you continue your tour with a visit to Königsstein. High above the river Elbe, on top of a sandstone plateau, resides the fortress „Königstein“, formerly the strongest German fortress. From here, you have a grandiose panoramic view on the Sächsische Schweiz and the adjacent mountains. We recommend a river cruise on the river Elbe to get back to Dresden.

Day 4:

Day excursion to Meißen. At first, the city is famous for its china which was invented at the Albrechtsburg. Today the factory with a workshop is situated in the nearby Triebischtal, the first stop of our tour. Following the visit we climb the Burgberg of Meißen that you can explore on your own. In the afternoon we continue our tour with Moritzburg. The unique and beautiful hunting seat of the former Saxon electors can already be seen from the distance and is surrounded by water. Here you have time for a visit on your own and a walk through the game reserve.

Day 5:

After breakfast check-out, individual departure.

If you arrive by plane or train, we would be glad to help you with organising a coach transfer to your accommodation on day of arrival and vice versa on day of departure.

If you do not have a coach available during your stay in Dresden, we will organise city sightseeing tours, half-day and full-day excursions by coach for you.

3. Guide for city sightseeing tours / excursions

If you would like to be accompanied on your city tours and excursions by a professional guide who can give you a lot of interesting information about your destination we could arrange this for you.
