Cologne

Your destination

Cologne would like to meet you!

Cologne is one of the oldest cities in Germany: It was founded during Roman times and it looks back on an eventful history spanning over 2000 years whose traces you will meet all over Cologne. These traces make the city an interesting melting pot of architecture: You will see remains of the Roman architecture next to typical 1950s style buildings and classic Wilhelminian style mansions next to modern glass fronts.

But Cologne is also a cultural melting pot with a vibrant music and cultural scene, with a large variety of museums, countless historic treasures and a lively art and pub scene. Not to forget about the favourite drink of the inhabitants of Cologne - the “Kölsch”, a specially brewed beer, the Cologne Cathedral as well as the carnival – Kölle Alaaf! - that is celebrated every year with great enthusiasm and passion by the happy souls of Cologne.

Come with us to Cologne - a cosmopolitan metropolis that has kept its familiar atmosphere and let yourself be infected by the Rhenish happiness!
